After designing, fabricating, and testing his very first homemade lift kit, he thought other people might like to have it too.

SuperATV's Extreme Badass CVT Drive Belt is designed for the way you ride. If you go low and slow through deep mud and rocks, and you roll on big tires, this is the belt you need. It uses an aramid cord and high-strength rubber compound that are designed to get squeezed harder by your clutch and handle high torque pulls without breaking.

The belt features an ultra-strong aramid fiber cord that can handle and carry more than 10,000 pounds of tension without stretching or breaking, providing higher strength compared to OEM and aftermarket drive belts. It has been developed with a high-temperature compound called DUMAX for added strength, flexibility, and heat resistance, allowing you to squeeze the belts harder for more tuning possibilities and less slippage.

To ensure a longer life and better performance from the belt, SuperATV strongly recommends following a specific break-in procedure. This includes washing the belt in warm soapy water, scuffing the drive and driven clutch sheaves, and driving the unit in low gear for the first 15 miles, varying the speed and avoiding wide-open throttle during this time.

The Extreme Badass Belt is designed for 2017+ Polaris RZR XP Turbo, RZR XP Turbo 4, 2018-2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo S, 2019-2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo S 4, and 2020+ Polaris RZR PRO XP and Polaris RZR PRO XP 4. It is an OEM replacement for part number 3211202/3211227.
