It all started when Harold Hunt, the founder, wanted a quality lift kit for his Polaris Sportsman but couldn't find one. So, he decided to make his own. After designing, fabricating, and testing his homemade lift kit, he realized that others might benefit from it as well.

One of SuperATV's flagship products is the Polaris Ranger XP 800 6" Lift Kit. This kit is specifically designed to fit the Polaris Ranger XP 800 (2009-2014) and Ranger XP Crew 800 (2010-2014) models, excluding diesel, EV, or 700 variants.

The 6" lift kit takes the traditional and makes it exceptional. With this lift, riders can take their Ranger XP 800 to the next level, conquering larger obstacles with ease. The true-to-size 6" lift provides ample clearance for up to 34" tires, allowing for more aggressive off-road adventures.

The lift kit's superior strength and attention to detail are the result of years of expertise. The A-arms are made with 1-1/4" heavy-duty steel tubing, 75% thicker than the OEM version, and feature additional cross-bar supports. The tie rods are crafted from 7/8" solid chromoly bar, and the lift brackets are constructed with 4.5 mm heavy-duty steel. Additionally, the kit comes equipped with 4 industry-leading Rhino 2.0 axles.

Rhino 2.0 axles take the Ranger and the 6" lift to the next level. These axles are twice as strong as stock, with a 4mm increase in size, and are made from 4340 chromoly steel with a proprietary heat treatment for exceptional strength and fatigue life. They can handle suspension angles up to 40 degrees without overheating and require no break-in period.

This lift kit is built to withstand the demands of hardcore off-road enthusiasts. It's not a trailer queen – it's designed to get out on the trail and get dirty. With a wider stance, increased wheel travel, and compatibility with both OEM and heavy-duty ball joints, this lift kit is ready to handle anything riders throw at it.
